Time to wake up, make an action!

Take a look at our garbage. Do you believe there is a problem with it?.  People consume billions of plastics each year, which end up in the ocean or as landfill debris. Every second, 20,000 plastic bottles are consumed.   Let's have a peek at the plastic bag as well.  Every year, people use nearly a million, if not a billion, plastic bags. One plastic bag takes more than 500 years to degrade, implying that it will persist for around 15 generations. Now is the time to act and do our part to safeguard our mother planet; let us work together to repair our land. Let us avoid buying unnecessary items, walk instead of driving, and learn about the 4Rs so that we can keep the fresh air in our hometown. Zero-waste management is critical since it can assist us in reducing pollution. Having this as a project in each barangay is the proper thing to do, as it allows everyone to work together in collecting trash and practicing the 4Rs (reuse, reduce, recycle, and restore). Let us ...

Our Junior High Chapter is completed

It seems like only yesterday that the first day of school (distance modular learning) began, but look at us now, only a few days until the end of the school year. Many hardships and sacrifices have been made in order for us to be here. This quarter, I learned more about websites; it was challenging at times, but I thoroughly enjoyed learning something new. Previously, we learned about html, making drafts, and other things, but this quarter we are now doing websites, MS front page, tool bars, and other fun things. We've been writing blog posts, or so-called drafts, since the first quarter. I used to find it difficult to write an essay, but now I'm more skilled at it. Making blogs is enjoyable; we had the opportunity to learn more about the blogs of others and thoroughly enjoyed it. And I sincerely thank everyone who has visited my blog. This is my final reflection; we've done so much, and we're almost done, but this pandemic is becoming more serious than we thought. Thi...

IWAGAYWAY

The Philippine Declaration of Independence was proclaimed by Filipino revolutionary forces general Emilio Aguinaldo on 12 June 1898 in Cavite el Viejo, Philippines. It asserted the sovereignty and independence of the Philippine Islands from the colonial rule of Spain.  Philippines Independence Day is one of the most important events celebrated in the country because, after more than 300 years of being under the Spanish rule, the Philippines has been freed. It’s one of the most significant dates in the Philippines ’ history. The primary event, though, is a police and military parade in Manila led by the country's current president, which will be followed by a speech and a 21-gun salute. Because Independence Day is a national holiday in the Philippines, all government offices are closed. In all schools, there are no classes. With the exception of retail malls, many businesses are closed. Buses, passenger jeeps, and tricycles are still running, however their itineraries may be ...

A Mother's Love

Mother's Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. It is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world, most commonly in the months of March or May. It complements similar celebrations, largely pushed by commercial interests, honoring family members, such as Father's Day, Siblings Day, and Grandparents Day. Mothers have taught us a lot, they have sacrificed for us, and they love us unconditionally. There is nothing that can compare to a mother's love. The love of a mother provides strength, comfort, healing, and warmth. They do everything they can to guide and provide a better life for their children. They say that Mother knows best; they may reprimand us, and there may be something we don't understand, but they know better, and all they do is for us. A mother's love is unlike any other. They keep us safe from injury and danger. Every year, we recog...

I'll be back in the fourth quarter.

Here is my reflection for the third quarter. It flew by, and we'll be welcoming the fourth quarter in less than a month. This lesson of this quarter made me more grateful for the work that we do but at the same time pabicked beacuase they asked us to do research in our community. At first, I didn't understand why we needed to make list about our community; I didn't know what to put in the blanks, but later on, I did some research and learned more about my community. In the third quarter, we focused on community research. By concentrating on community-based research, I learned a lot about our own community. I have also found that community-based research can make a significant contribution to our understanding of how local environments affect the health of people. Later, I discovered that we will require everything we created in the fourth quarter for site design. Everything makes sense now, but regardless of why we did it, I'm happy with it and grateful for the opportu...
