National Simultaneous Earthquake drill is a nationwide earthquake drill that aims to instill to the public earthquake preparedness. It is important as a part of preparedness plan for earthquake because it teach students, staff and parents how to respond to the complications of an actual earthquake. I also help you to evaluate how well all parts of your emergency plan work together and how well your staff and students have been trained. During a damaging earthquake life protecting actions must be taken immediately. There will be no time to decide what to do next, everyone must already know how to react appropriately so simultaneous earthquake drills are very important.
